Dua for bad dreams and nightmares

Having bad dreams can confuse us and if you are seeing nightmares on a regular basis then this should be taken seriously as they will trouble you mentally. 

Negative suggestions are common in our society and it makes sense not to pay attention to a bad dream, but when they come with consistency at night or even during day sleep, people end up going to psychiatrists, some go to spiritual healers. Your best bet is to put your trust in Allah and be grateful that you are able to address this problem at the right time.

Allah has power over everything and He knows the right solution to all our problems. This dua, mentioned here, is very powerful when it comes to getting rid of bad dreams.
